1:30am. Luckily traffic was better Saturday and we made it to the Boardwalk at Disney by 8:30pm. Sunday we relaxed by the pool and explored the bars at the Yacht & Beach Club then met up with the McLaughlins at the Animal Kingdom bar.
Monday we headed to Hollywood Studios & ended the day at Epcot. My parents and I had dinner at Japan in Epcot! It was better than I remember. It might be our new favorite.
Tuesday was move-in day! We arrived at Vista Way around 8:30 and I met up with one of my roommates, Shelby. We waited in line together and I found out that I will be working at Hollywood Studios East Block. I am not totally sure exactly which stores that includes but I think it is pretty much all the ones on the left side of the main street near the entrance! After finding my apartment on the third floor and moving all of my stuff in the humid heat I dropped my parents off at the Yacht & Beach Club so they could eat lunch and take the Magical Express to the airport. It was sad to leave them and I know they were sad too!
Once I was back at my apartment it was time to go to Casting to finish paperwork and to get my training schedule. The Casting building is right by Downtown Disney and is one of the coolest buildings ever! Everyone I talked to was really nice and I even met a lady who was from Franklin, IN. We talked about the Artcraft and the Greenwood Park Mall.
I don't have any Disney related stuff scheduled for today or tomorrow but I am still working on unpacking. My roommates and I will probably explore some of the resorts and maybe check out Universal Studios. We don't get out main gate passes to get in to the parks until Traditions (Disney Orentation) on Friday. Then I have Saturday off and training starts Sunday! My first day of training is at Disney University and then my second and third days will be at Hollywood Studios.
